Michael Varallo
Founder

Dr. Michael Varallo is the founder of Nantucket Dental Society and Ho-Ho-Kus Dental Associates. His management approach at Ho-Ho-Kus Dental focuses on patient's perspective and care. Since implementing his patient-focus business plan in 2000, Dr. Varallo's business practice has more than doubled its gross revenues.Dr. Varallo is both fundamental and innovative in his practice and is one of the first non prosthodontists in the United States trained to restore implants.

As founder of Nantucket Dental Society, Dr. Varallo is a strong proponent of continuing education and is dedicated to the realization that we are in the “Golden age of Dentistry.” His workshops focus on the simple but proven procedures which benefit the everyday dental practice. 

Dr. Varallo has been named as one of NJ's Top Dentists by NJ Monthly Magazine in 2009 and 2014. He is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Jose A. Sapia
DMD, CAGS

Dr. Sapia is originally from Ponce, Puerto Rico and is a 1990 graduate of Assumption College. In 1994 he completed a doctoral program from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. After receiving his doctoral degree, Dr. Sapia went on to pursue a one year intensive postgraduate residency program at Boston University. This program earned him a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies Degree (C.A.G.S.) in general dentistry. Currently, he owns a multi-specialty dental practice in Sagamore Beach, Massachusetts. The practice provides services including Family, Cosmetic, Implant and Sports Dentistry. Dr. Sapia is the team dentist for several high school football teams in the area, as well as Team Puerto Rico Boxing (Universal Promotions, Inc.).

Dr. Sapia spent his first ten years practicing in Boston. For several years, Dr. Sapia was part of the CEREC® Mentor Group which promotes excellence through CEREC® dentistry. Dr. Sapia was given CEREC® training in CAD/CAM (Compute- Aided Design/Computer-Aided Manufacturing) technology by the leaders of CEREC® Dentistry in Scottsdale, Arizona. He continues to pursue new developments in this area of dental technology. Currently, Dr. Sapia is enrolled in a residency through Tufts University for Sleep Dental Medicine. This will give Dr. Sapia expertise in dental sleep apnea. Dr. Sapia and his family reside in Duxbury, Massachusetts, where he enjoys fishing and sailing.

Craig Allen
DMD

Dr. Craig Allen is a general dentist in Braintree, Massachusetts where he has practiced for over 20 years. He graduated of Maxwell School of Citizenship at Syracuse University and the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Allen was an associate clinical instructor at Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine in the Department of Oral Diagnosis and Radiology, where he continues to be active member of the alumni association. He spent 15 years working with Nobel Biocare, lecturing on a simplified approach to implant restoration.

Dr. Allen is presently on the dental advisory board for Delta Dental and a member of the South Shore District Dental Society, the Massachusetts Dental Society, and the American Dental Association. When not in the office, Craig will be found with his wife, two active teenage sons, and two large Saint Bernard dogs.

Greg Chotkowski
DMD

Dr. Chotkowski is Chief and Residency Program Director of Oral and Maxillofacial SurgeryCMat the Mount Sinai School of Medicine of New York University. Dr. Chotkowski is a Board CertifiedOral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. He is a graduate of Boston College and Tufts University School of DentalMedicine, where he received his DMD degree. Dr. Chotkowski completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Cornell University/New York Presbyterian Hospital. He has authored several authoritative articles on maxillofacial trauma and reconstruction and has lectured both nationally and internationally. Dr. Chotkowski the founder of StemSave, Inc. In accordance with its mission, StemSave partners with Dentists to enable them to provide their patients with the opportunity to cryopreserve their own valuable stem cells for future regenerative therapies. Dr Chotkowski has a profound understanding of stem cells and a passion for the promise of regenerative medical therapies.

Gregory Wu
DMD

Dr. Wu received his DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.  Dr. Wu further continued in Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at UCLA which included advanced training in implants, veneers, and full mouth reconstructions.  

Dr. Wu has lectured in multiple courses at the Yankee Dental, Texas Dental Conference, and Ontario Dental Association since 2008.

Dr. Wu currently owns Emerson Dental a Multi-Specialty practice in Westford, MA and is currently building his second location in Bedford, MA.  He has embraced digital technology having integrated both Sirona CBCT and CEREC omnicam.  His practice has a strong focus on the patient experience, and has won Reader Choice Awards, Angie Super Service Awards, and over 100 5 star google reviews.

Nathan Latimer
DMD

A Cape Cod native, Dr. Nathan Latimer was born in Hyannis, Massachusetts and was educated locally through his high school years. He completed college at Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, Tennessee. After college he moved to Southern California where he attended Loma Linda University where he completed both dental and medical school programs receiving D.D.S. and M.D. degrees. He completed a 6 year residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery with extensive training in facial trauma, dental implants, head & neck pathology, anesthesia & sedation, facial cosmetic surgery, dental extractions, facial reconstruction, and bone grafting. He once again chose to make Cape Cod his home returning to be close to his family and serving the local community since 2015. As a diplomate to the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (Board Certified) since February 2017, he has remained proactive in his education.  Dr. Latimer maintains operating privileges at both Cape Cod and Falmouth Hospital. He constantly seeks to improve patient care with an emphasis on advanced implant placement techniques utilizing the most current surgical technology.  His practice has evolved to include the routine use of in office CT scanning, digital impressions, and 3D printing. He and his staff constantly seek to create a supportive and welcoming environment where patient needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
